Project Management
We provide contracted project management oversight and direction to OEMs
engaged in the development of a new packaging machine, or the improvement of
an existing packaging machine. More extensive than Design Reviews, Project
Management helps insure that the project is completed on schedule, to
specifications, and within the budget.

There are four keys to a successful development project:
1) A Pre-Authorization Design Review
2) A thorough, complete Project Authorization
3) A thorough, detailed Design Specification
4) A Pre-Release Design Review

It is impossible to overstate the importance of a thorough and complete job on
each of the above tasks. At Stability Technology, we take proven templates for
each of the above task, and we custom fit these time-proven templates to the
specific project. Together, these templates are a formula for a step-by-step
approach to professional project management. This way, nothing is overlooked
or forgotten, and critical steps are not ignored.

Project Managment is billed out based on specific packages, or at an hourly rate.
