Stability Technology specializes in the design and development of Safety Systems for existing machinery, which protects the operators from injury while allowing unimpeded, efficient operation of the machine.
All Safety Systems meet the following goals: - Compliance with OSHA & ANSI Standards - Cost effective implementation - Improved machine efficiency
In simpler terms, safety systems are of little value if they fail to protect the operator, are bypassed (when they are too cumbersome) or are too expensive to install. Our systems are designed to avoid these pitfalls.

Examples of Safety Systems that Stability Technology will provide include: - Point of Access, Perimeter Guarding, or Area Access Control systems to prevent operator intrusion into unsafe areas. - Muting, Blanking, and PSDI systems which allow machine operation (with product flowing in and out), but safeguard operator during hazardous periods while allowing free access during other times (see the Resources page for more information on these techniques). - Retro-fits to the safety system of existing (typically older) equipment, to bring the safety systems up to current standards. - Additional safety systems, guards, and interlocks to protect various unsafe (or potentially unsafe) areas of the production line.. - Ergonomic improvement of existing machinery to assist in the prevention of repetitive motion injuries, per OSHA standards.
For more information on Safety Systems, including a review of the applicable OSHA and ANSI standards, see the Resources page.
